Diet by blood type

The essence of the blood group diet is as follows: according to the theory of the American naturalist James d’Adamo, all foods are divided into useful, neutral and harmful to the human body, depending on its blood type. Since the diet determined by the blood group is inextricably linked with the cellular structure of a particular organism, the same products for different blood groups will provide one person with weight loss, and a person with blood of a different group will gain. The blood type diet is aimed precisely at eliminating such a cause: with the exclusion from the diet of food that is poorly digested or is toxic to a person, his body begins to be cleansed of toxins that accumulate mainly in fatty tissues. Thus, the process of weight loss also occurs.

Nutrition by blood type is based on theory that people need different foods corresponding to a person’s blood type for nutrition.

Diet for blood group 1:

Type 0 (group 1) – “Hunter”. This blood type is the oldest. The rest of the groups evolved from it in the process of evolution. 33.5% of the world’s population belongs to this type. A strong, self-sufficient leader.

Strengths:

Strong digestive system.
Strong immune system
The systems are designed for efficient metabolism and preservation of nutrients

Weaknesses:

Difficult to adapt to changes in diet and environmental conditions
Sometimes the immune system is too active and acts against the body itself (allergies)

Risk groups
Blood clotting problems (poor clotting)
Inflammatory processes – arthritis
Increased acidity of the stomach – ulcers
Allergies

Dietary recommendations

Diyet The diet is high-protein – meat eaters.
Good: meat (except pork), fish, seafood, Vegetables and fruits (except sour), pineapples, rye bread, in limited quantities.
Limit: cereals, especially oatmeal, wheat and products made from it (including wheat bread). Legumes and buckwheat – you can.
Avoid: cabbage (except broccoli), wheat and all products made from it, corn and all products made from it, marinades, ketchup.

Avoid: vitamin A, vitamin E.

Physical exercises
Very intensive exercises: aerobics, skiing, running, swimming

Special recommendations of blood group

For blood group 1, the main problem is a low metabolism. There are the following factors that allow you to increase the metabolic rate and thus reduce weight:
To remove wheat and all products made from it, corn, legumes, lentils from the diet – they block the production of insulin and thereby slow down metabolism.
Remove from the diet all types of cabbage (except broccoli) and all oat products – they inhibit the production of thyroid hormones (thyroid hormones) and thereby slow down metabolism.
Increase the consumption of products containing iodine – seafood, algae, greens (salads, spinach, broccoli), iodized salt, as well as products that stimulate the production of thyroid hormones – radish, radish, daikon. It is good to prepare the juice of them in half with carrots.
There is meat (red), liver. These foods also increase the metabolic rate.
Intensive physical exercises.

Be careful when taking aspirin.

Diet for 2 blood groups:

Type A (Group 2) – “Farmer”. This type arose during the transition from the oldest lifestyle (hunters) to a more sedentary, agrarian lifestyle. 37.8% of the world’s population are representatives of this type. Characteristic features are constancy, sedentariness, good adaptation to work in a team, organization.

Strengths

Adapts well to changes in diet and environment.
The immune and digestive systems are effective if an appropriate diet (vegetarian) is followed.

Weaknesses

Delicate (sensitive) digestive tract.
Weak immune system, open to all infections.
Hypersensitivity of the nervous system

Risk groups

Heart diseases
Oncology
Anemia
Diseases of the liver, gallbladder
Diabetes

Dietary recommendations
The diet is complete vegetarianism.

Good: vegetables, cereals, legumes, fruits (except sharp ones – orange, tangerine, rhubarb, papaya, bananas, coconuts), pineapples.
Limit: sugar, dairy products (low-fat cheese, fermented milk products). It is better to replace it with soy products: soy milk, tofu – soy curd.
Avoid: flounder, halibut, herring, caviar, and seafood

Drinks:
Good: coffee, green tea, red wine. Juices – carrot, pineapple, grapefruit, cherry. Water with lemon juice.
Avoid: orange juice, black tea, all soda drinks.

Weight control program
Avoid: meat (a little chicken and turkey), dairy products, wheat products, pepper (any), ice cream, sugar, corn and peanut butter.
Helps: vegetable oils (olive, linseed, rapeseed), soy products, vegetables, pineapples.

Vitamins and nutritional supplements
Recommended: vitamins B, C, E, calcium, iron, zinc, selenium, chromium, bifidobacteria.
Limit: vitamin A intake, it is better to get B-carotene from food

Physical exercises
Calm and focused – yoga, Tai chi

Special recommendations for blood group 2

Since this type has a digestive system tuned to vegetarianism (has a low acidity of gastric juice), it has serious problems with the digestion of meat, which requires high acidity of gastric juice. It is recommended to avoid meat (a little chicken or turkey is acceptable). This will allow you to maintain a normal weight. In people of this type, unlike type 0, meat slows down metabolism and promotes fat deposition. Vegetarianism will also help to add energy and protect the body from diseases – a weak immune system is suppressed by improper nutrition.
Avoid: all kinds of spicy foods (pepper of all kinds, vinegar, ketchup (and tomatoes in general), sour fruits and berries, mayonnaise and spices); fermented and salty foods (salted fish, herring, cucumbers, cabbage (both salted and fresh, except broccoli), potatoes. It is good to eat garlic and onions, carrots.
Dairy products – limited, preferably fermented milk and low-fat cheeses, cottage cheese, cheese. The source of protein is soy products in any form. Eggs are also necessary as a source of protein, vitamins and trace elements (Zn, Ca, B, B-carotene).
Limit sugar and chocolate

Diet for 3 blood groups:

Type B (Group 3) – “Wanderer, nomad”
People with the third blood group on Earth are approximately 20.6% of the total population. This type of blood originated as a result of the migration of races, is characterized by a strong immune and balanced nervous system. People with blood of the third group are “omnivorous”, a mixed type diet is recommended for them.

Strengths

Strong immune system.
Flexible system of adaptation to changes in diet and environmental conditions.
Balanced nervous system

Weaknesses

There are no inherent weaknesses, but if the balance in the diet is disturbed, autoimmune diseases and instability to rare viruses may occur

Risk groups

Type 1 diabetes;
Chronic fatigue syndrome;
Autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis

Dietary recommendations
The diet is mixed (balanced). “Nomads” are omnivorous.

Good: meat (except chicken, duck), fish, dairy products (preferably fermented, skimmed), eggs (very good), cereals (except buckwheat and wheat), legumes, vegetables (except corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, olives), fruits (except coconuts and rhubarb)
Avoid: seafood (shellfish, crabs, shrimp), pork and its products, chicken meat.

Drinks:
Good: green tea, herbal teas, cranberry juice, cabbage, grape, pineapple.
Neutral: orange juice, beer, wine, coffee, black tea.
Avoid: tomato juice, soda drinks.

Weight control program
Helps: green salads, herbs, eggs, liver, veal, licorice (licorice root), soy products.
Exclude: corn, lentils, peanuts, buckwheat, wheat, tomatoes, pork and products made from it.

Vitamins and dietary supplements: magnesium, lecithin, licorice

Physical exercises
Combining physical and mental balance: walking, cycling, tennis, swimming, yoga, tai chi.

Special recommendations for 3 blood groups:

For type B, the biggest weight gain factors are corn, buckwheat porridge, peanuts and sesame seeds. All these products for this type inhibit the production of insulin and thereby reduce the efficiency of metabolic processes. The result is fatigue, water retention, hypoglycemia and weight gain.
Type B, as well as type 0, reacts to wheat gluten – the metabolism decreases. When food is not digested efficiently enough and burned as fuel for the body, it is deposited as fat. Gluten for type B is not as dangerous as for type 0. But if you combine wheat and its products with corn, lentils, buckwheat and peanuts, the result will be dramatic.

Diet for 4 blood groups:

There are few representatives of the fourth blood group in the world – only 7-8% of all inhabitants of the globe. This blood group appeared as a result of the merger of two opposite types – A and B. Its carriers are distinguished by a weak immune system and a sensitive digestive tract, in general, they combine the weaknesses and strengths of representatives of groups A and B. A moderately mixed diet is suitable for people with the fourth blood group.
